These were ordered for my daughters wedding candy bar. We bought them on the basis of their color. They taste great and have "just right" green apple taste. Not too tart, not too sweet. The color matched her green perfectly as well.

Cons:
Would have liked to order a smaller amount. Maybe 6 lbs instead of 12!
